Entrepreneurial vision We are looking for enthusiastic founders who would like to work with us to establish a pioneering company in the field of innovative automation technology and develop a new business model. In the first step, our goal is to establish a new market player that has a clear competitive advantage in the search for sought-after programmers in the automation sector. Later, the aim is to develop technologies with regard to digital twin, virtual commissioning, HMI and AI applications that simplify and accelerate the programming of automation processes.

Tasks

1. Building a company from scratch with an innovative concept for the industry.
2. Development of an attractive remuneration and working model to attract and retain qualified programmers.
3. Later: Development of digital twin, virtual commissioning, human interface technologies and AI applications to significantly shorten the traditionally time-consuming programming of automation processes on site in a cost-saving manner.

What we offer

1. Annual turnover guarantee Based on our own requirements in existing holdings, we can facilitate a minimum annual turnover of up to 2 million euros in the first year.
2. Testing and application possibilities All developed technologies and programming can be tested and applied directly in our group of companies in a practical and uncomplicated manner.
3. Location independence The job is completely location-independent to ensure maximum flexibility.
4. Attractive participation Participation as a shareholder in the company right from the start.
5. No need for VC financing We provide the initial financing. Due to the predictable turnover, further financing is not necessary at the beginning.
6. No need for a back office All accounting and other issues are handled by a holding company.

Your profile

1. Initial experience in the realization and implementation of business ideas in a technical environment (e.g. at least 2 years of professional experience in a consultancy in the field of venture building or business development in the tech or engineering sector).
2. Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative business models.
3. Knowledge of PLC programming, human interface technologies and AI is an advantage, but really not a requirement.
